Day 1 : Rishikesh

Pick up in New Delhi and transfer to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world. En route stop in Haridwar to attend the Ganga Arti ceremony on the banks of the Ganges.

Day 2 : Rishikesh

Explore the city and the suspension bridges of Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula and Triveni Ghat. Then walk along the Ganges and visit the abandoned Beatles ashram.

Day 3 : Mussoorie

Transfer to Mussoorie, with its green hills overlooking the Himalayas and an unrivalled variety of flora and fauna. It is one of the most popular hill stations in Uttarakhand.

Day 4 : Mussoorie

First up is Mussoorie, where you can see the Kempty Falls, then Gun Hill and finally Mall Road.
Gun Hill is the second highest peak in Mussoorie. It is therefore the best place to admire the Himalayan range and the Doon Valley.
From Mall Road, a spectacular cable car takes you up to the viewpoint.

Day 5 : Shimla

Shimla was the summer capital of British India and remains one of the country’s most popular mountain resorts. It is also an ideal base for trekking and rafting in the surrounding mountains.

Day 6 : Shimla

Walk around the town, Mall Road, Christ Church, Jakhu Temple and Kufri Hills.

Day 7 : outing to Chail

Drive to Chail, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and admire the beauty of nature.

Return to Shimla for overnight.

Day 8 : Manali

Drive to Manali and transfer to your hotel.

Day 9 : Manali

Exploration of the Naggar and Solang valleys.

Day 10 : trip to the Rohtang pass

Explore the spectacular Rohtang Pass, about 55 km from Manali. This is a popular spot for its magnificent scenery. You can take in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding mountains. It is the gateway to the Lahaul-Spiti district, the Pangi valley and the Ladakh region. It is also one of the most impressive places in the state for its rocky landscapes.

Return to Manali in the late afternoon for overnight.

Day11 : Dharamsala

Depart for Dharamsala, the ideal retreat for nature lovers, visit of the picturesque Kangra Valley and Mcleod Ganj, the residence of the Dalai Lama.

Day 12 : Dharamsala

Day to visit the town, the Dalai Lama’s Temple, St John’s Church and McLeod Ganj.

Day 13 : Dalhousie

Dalhousie is a picturesque mountain resort in the Chamba district.

On arrival, check-in and overnight at the hotel.

Day 14 : Dalhousie

Set off to explore Dalhousie, where you will visit Danikund Peak, Khajjiar, Sadar Bazar and the Bakrota Hills.

Day 15 : Chandigarh

Drive to Chandigarh, a modern city in Punjab designed by Le Corbusier and a symbol of planned urbanisation.

Day 16 : Chandigarh

Tour of Chandigarh, visiting the Rock Garden, Rose Garden and Pinjore Garden.
There’s nothing like a boat trip on Lake Sukhna to round off the day.

Day 17 : retour à New Delhi

Return to Delhi and transfer to your hotel, airport or railway station.
